       The Committee on Health Policy (Davis) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 205 and 206
    4  insert:
    5         (d) The pregnancy has not progressed to the third
    6  trimester, and a physician certifies in writing that, in
    7  reasonable medical judgment, the fetus has a fatal fetal
    8  abnormality, and another physician is not available for
    9  consultation.

   12  And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete lines 21 - 24
   14  and insert:
   15         rather than 15 weeks, with exceptions; providing
   16         additional exceptions; requiring physicians to report
