       Senator Polsky moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 283
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) The sum of $12.5 million in recurring funds from the
    6  General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the Department of
    7  Management Services for the purpose of providing coverage of
    8  fertility services, including, but not limited to, in vitro
    9  fertilization services, to full-time state employees enrolled in
   10  the state group insurance program pursuant to chapter 110,
   11  Florida Statutes.
