At the time the 8 woman schedules or arrives for her appointment to obtain the 9 abortion, she must provide a copy of a restraining order, police 10 report, medical record, or other court order or documentation 11 providing evidence that she is obtaining the termination of 12 pregnancy because she is a victim of rape, incest, or human 13 trafficking. If the woman is 18 years of age or older, the 14 physician must report any known or suspected human trafficking 15 to a local law enforcement agency. If the woman is a minor, the 16 physician must report the incident of rape, incest, or human 17 trafficking to the 18 19 ================= T I T L E A M E N D M E N T ================ 20 And the title is amended as follows: 21 Delete lines 23 - 25 22 and insert: 23 so because she is a victim of rape, incest, or human 24 trafficking, subject to certain conditions; requiring 25 physicians to report known or suspected human 26 trafficking of adults to local law enforcement; 27 requiring physicians to report incidents of rape, 28 incest, or human trafficking of minors to the central
