    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 215 and 216
    4  insert:
    5         (e) The pregnancy has not progressed to the third trimester
    6  and the tenets of the religion that the pregnant woman practices
    7  authorize termination of the pregnancy.
