       Senator Stewart moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 179 and 180
    4  insert:
    5         Section 3. Subsection (7) of section 390.011, Florida
    6  Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         390.011 Definitions.—As used in this chapter, the term:
    8         (7) “Gestation” means the development of a human embryo or
    9  fetus as calculated from the first day of the pregnant woman’s
   10  last menstrual period or as measured by an ultrasound, whichever
   11  provides the younger gestational age of the embryo or fetus.
