       The Committee on Environment and Natural Resources (Rodriguez)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 17 - 23
    4  and insert:
    5  Legislature, the department may provide grants for the following
    6  projects within a basin management action plan, an alternative
    7  restoration plan adopted by final order, or a rural area of
    8  opportunity under s. 288.0656 or intended to restore a water
    9  body or water body segment listed as impaired pursuant to s.
   10  403.067 which will individually or collectively reduce
   11

   13  And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete lines 2 - 7
   15  and insert:
   16         An act relating to wastewater grants; amending s.
   17         403.0673, F.S.; authorizing the Department of
   18         Environmental Protection to provide grants for certain
   19         projects to restore specified impaired water bodies
   20         and water segments; providing an effective date.
