       The Committee on Health Policy (Harrell) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 670 - 671
    4  and insert:
    5         (c) The compact does not waive sovereign immunity except to
    6  the extent sovereign immunity is waived in the party states.
