       Senator Pizzo moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (463652) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 11 - 40
    5  and insert:
    6         (6) A deposition may not be taken of a victim under 18
    7  years of age in a sexual offense case or of a victim who has an
    8  intellectual disability without the presence of a circuit judge,
    9  a judicial magistrate, a certified circuit court mediator, or
   10  other magistrate officer appointed by the court.

   14         Delete lines 47 - 51
   15  and insert:
   16         92.55, F.S.; prohibiting the taking of depositions of
   17         certain victims without the presence of a specified

   19         F.S.;
