       The Committee on Appropriations (Davis) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Delete line 58
    4  and insert:
    5         (16) A state university shall waive the fees imposed in s.
    6  1009.24(7)-(13) for a graduate student who has at least a 0.25
    7  full-time equivalent appointment as a graduate assistant,
    8  graduate research assistant, graduate teaching assistant,
    9  graduate research associate, or graduate teaching associate.
   10         (22) A state university may waive the out-of-state fee for
   11

   13  And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   14         Delete lines 55 - 56
   15  and insert:
   16         Section 2. Present subsections (16) through (20) of section
   17  1009.26, Florida Statutes, are redesignated as subsections (17)
   18  through (21), respectively, and a new subsection (16) and
   19  subsection (22) are added to that section, to read:
