Subsection (4) is added to section 104.011, 7 Florida Statutes, to read: 8 104.011 False swearing; submission of false voter 9 registration information; prosecution prohibited.— 10 (4) Subsection (1) does not apply to an elector to whom 11 notice has been sent pursuant to s. 98.075(7) and who votes 12 using a provisional ballot or vote-by-mail ballot before a final 13 determination of eligibility is made. 14 Section 41.
