The local government may suspend, terminate, or refuse 6 to issue or renew a vacation rental registration when: 7 a. There is an unsatisfied recorded municipal lien or 8 county lien on the real property of the vacation rental, 9 provided the local government allows the vacation rental owner 10 at least 60 days before the termination of a registration to 11 satisfy the recorded municipal lien or county code lien; 12 b. The subject premises, the owner, or operator has been 13 found by the code enforcement board, pursuant to s. 162.06, to 14 have violated a registration requirement authorized pursuant to 15 this paragraph or to have, during a period of 90 days, two or 16 more violations of a local law, ordinance, or regulation that 17 does not apply solely to vacation rentals, provided the local 18 government has issued a written warning or notice and provided 19 an opportunity to cure a violation before suspending, 20 terminating, or refusing to renew a registration; or 21 22 ================= T I T L E A M E N D M E N T ================ 23 And the title is amended as follows: 24 Delete line 24 25 and insert: 26 authorizing local governments to suspend, terminate, 27 or refuse
