       The Appropriations Committee on Agriculture, Environment, and
       General Government (DiCeglie) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 808 and 809
    4  insert:
    5         Section 21. For the 2023-2024 fiscal year, the sums of
    6  $298,507 in recurring funds and $49,017 in nonrecurring funds
    7  from the Hotel and Restaurant Trust Fund and $175,868 in
    8  recurring funds and $17,025 in nonrecurring funds from the
    9  Administrative Trust Fund are appropriated to the Department of
   10  Business and Professional Regulation, and six full-time
   11  equivalent positions with a total associated salary rate of
   12  284,854 are authorized, for the purpose of implementing this
   13  act.
