       The Appropriations Committee on Agriculture, Environment, and
       General Government (Berman) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 503 - 510
    4  and insert:
    5         1. Include in the advertisement the physical address of the
    6  vacation rental, the vacation rental license number, and, if
    7  applicable, the local registration number; and
    8         2. Attest to the best of the person’s knowledge that the
    9  license number for the vacation rental property and the local
   10  registration are current, valid, and accurately stated in the
   11  advertisement.
   12         (b) An advertising platform must display the physical
   13  address of the vacation rental, the vacation rental license
   14  number, and, if applicable, the local registration
