       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Yarborough) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 305 - 314
    4  and insert:
    5         and photographs of current clerks of the circuit court and
    6  deputy clerks of the circuit court; the names, home addresses,
    7  telephone numbers, dates of birth, and places of employment of
    8  the spouses and children of current clerks of the circuit court
    9  and deputy clerks of the circuit court; and the names and
   10  locations of schools and day care facilities attended by the
   11  children of current clerks of the circuit court and deputy
   12  clerks of the circuit court are exempt from s.
