       Senator Wright moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (231634) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 8 - 12
    4  and insert:
    5         (1) As used in this section, the term “patriotic
    6  organization” means a youth membership organization serving
    7  young people under the age of 21 with an educational purpose
    8  that promotes patriotism and civic involvement which is listed
    9  in Title 36, U.S.C. ss. 30101, 30901, 31101, 40301, 70901,
   10  80301, 130501, 140101, and 154101.
