       The Appropriations Committee on Health and Human Services
       (Hutson) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 335 - 355
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) Offer Internet-based, application-based, and
    6  smartphone-based ride booking and vehicle tracking services.
    7  Each of these services must be provided in accessible formats.
    8         (c) Regularly maintain and upgrade all technology-based
    9  services.
   10         (d) Offer both pre-booking and on-demand service to
   11  paratransit service users.

   15         Delete lines 14 - 17
   16  and insert:
   17         F.S.; providing responsibilities of a transportation
   18         service provider with respect to training of certain
   19         drivers, application-based and smartphone-based ride
   20         booking and vehicle tracking services, maintenance and
   21         upgrading of all technology-based services, and the
   22         provision of pre-booking and on-demand services for
   23         paratransit service users; requiring a transportation
