       The Committee on Transportation (Collins) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 24 - 36
    4  and insert:
    5  vulnerable road user shall pay a fine of not less than $1,500
    6  and attend a department-approved driver improvement course
    7  relating to the rights of vulnerable road users relative to
    8  vehicles on the roadway as provided in s. 322.0261(2). The court
    9  shall also revoke the person’s driver license for at least 30
   10  days.
   11         (3) A person who commits a moving violation that causes the
   12  death of a vulnerable road user shall pay a fine of not less
   13  than $5,000 and attend
