       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Boyd) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 316
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 8. Subsection (4) is added to section 468.521,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         468.521 Board of Employee Leasing Companies; membership;
    8  appointments; terms.—
    9         (4) If at any time a sufficient number of appointed board
   10  members does not exist to constitute a quorum pursuant to s.
   11  455.207, the department may, only during the absence of such
   12  quorum, exercise all powers and duties granted to the board
   13  pursuant to chapter 455 and this chapter.

   17         Delete lines 45 - 47
   18  and insert:

   23         appointed members needed to constitute a quorum;
