       Senator Collins moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 69 - 72
    4  and insert:
    5         (1) When endorsement based upon years of licensure or
    6  endorsement based upon satisfaction or completion of multiple
    7  criteria that include passage of a licensure or registration
    8  examination, completion of internship requirements, or the
    9  holding of a valid certificate issued by a national accrediting
   10  agency board along with holding a valid license, registration,
   11  or certification issued in another jurisdiction is not otherwise
   12  provided by law in the practice act for a profession, the board,
   13  or the department if there is no board, shall allow licensure by
   14  endorsement for any individual applying who:
