    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to limited temporary cash assistance;
    3         repealing s. 414.115, F.S., relating to limited
    4         temporary cash assistance for children born to
    5         families receiving temporary cash assistance;
    6         providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Section 414.115, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
   11         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2024.
