       Senator Bradley moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 39 - 55
    4  and insert:
    5         (a) The Lieutenant Governor or his or her designee.
    6         (b) The state chief information officer.
    7         (c) The Secretary of Commerce or his or her designee.
    8         (d) The Secretary of Health Care Administration or his or
    9  her designee.
   10         (e) The Commissioner of Education or his or her designee.
   11         (f) The Secretary of Transportation or his or her designee.
   12         (g) The executive director of the Department of Law
   13  Enforcement or his or her designee.
   14         (h) Eight representatives with senior level experience or
   15  expertise in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, identity
   16  management, data science, machine learning, government
   17  procurement, financial technology, education technology, and
   18  constitutional law, with six appointed by the Governor, one
   19  appointed by the President of the Senate, and one appointed by
   20  the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
   21         (i) One member of the Senate, appointed by the President of
   22  the Senate.
   23         (j) One member of the House of Representatives, appointed
   24  by the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
