       Senator Bradley moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (204860) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 39 - 55
    4  and insert:
    5         (a) The Lieutenant Governor as chair.
    6         (b) The state chief information officer.
    7         (c) The Secretary of Commerce or his or her designee.
    8         (d) The Secretary of Health Care Administration or his or
    9  her designee.
   10         (e) The Secretary of Transportation or his or her designee.
   11         (f) The executive director of the Department of Law
   12  Enforcement or his or her designee.
   13         (g) Five representatives with senior level experience or
   14  expertise in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, identity
   15  management, data science, machine learning, government
   16  procurement, financial technology, education technology, and
   17  constitutional law, with three appointed by the Governor, one
   18  appointed by the President of the Senate, and one appointed by
   19  the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
   20         (h) One member of the Senate, appointed by the President of
   21  the Senate.
   22         (j) One member of the House of Representatives, appointed
   23  by the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
