       The Committee on Education Postsecondary (Rodriguez) recommended
       the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 32 - 35
    4  and insert:
    5  evacuated 48 hours in advance of hurricane-force tropical force
    6  winds, and transportation is provided for dormitory occupants
    7  during an evacuation. State grant funds and capital improvement
    8  fees tuition and fee revenues may not be used for construction,
    9  debt service
