       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Rouson) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 111 and 112
    4  insert:
    5         Section 3. For the 2024-2025 fiscal year, the sum of $20
    6  million in nonrecurring funds from the General Revenue Fund is
    7  appropriated to the Department of Legal Affairs for the Dozier
    8  School for Boys and Okeechobee School Victim Compensation
    9  Program.

   14  and insert:
