On Page: 096             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Tampa Bay Thrives Youth Mental Wellness 
Spec App:  377           Support (SF 3661). Reduces the same amount in 
                         nonrecurring general revenue funds from the 
                         Regional/National Adaptive Sports Training Center 
                         (SF 1406).
