amendment:

Section: 02              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 028             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for ARI/Big Bend Historical and Archaeological 
Spec App:  105           Education Project (SF 2237). Reduces funding by the 
                         same amount from the Florida School for Competitive 
                         Academics (FSCA).

DELETE the proviso immediately following Specific Appropriation 110:

From   the   funds   in   Specific  Appropriation  110,  $10,000,000  in
nonrecurring funds is provided for the purchase, lease, or renovation of
property  needed to support the Florida School for Competitive Academics
pursuant  to  section  1002.351,  Florida Statutes. These funds shall be
placed in reserve.

AND INSERT:

From   the   funds   in   Specific  Appropriation  110,  $9,650,000 in
nonrecurring funds is provided for the purchase, lease, or renovation of
property  needed to support the Florida School for Competitive Academics
pursuant  to  section  1002.351,  Florida Statutes. These funds shall be
placed in reserve.
