On Page: 098             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Expanding Access to Dental and Behavioral 
Spec App:  384A          Healthcare for Floridians (SF 3598). Reduces the 
                         same amount in nonrecurring general revenue funds 
                         from the Devereux Education Enhancement for 
                         Children's Mental Health Treatment Program (SF 
                         3207).
