On Page: 370             Reduces $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds from the Madison County Consolidated Multi-Use 
Spec App: 2725           Public Safety Complex (SF 3624) and provides the 
                         same amount to the Broadband Internet/Digital Access 
                         and Education Initiative - Apalachee Ridge 
                         Technology Center (SF 3414).
