On Page: 006             Provides $350,000  in nonrecurring PECO trust fund 
                         for Daytona State College Airframe/Power Plant and 
Spec App:   17           Welding Facility(SF 2382).  Reduces funding by the 
                         same amount from the University of West Florida 
                         Critical Infrastructure - Satellite Utilities Plant 
                         Phase II.
