On Page: 006             Provides $350,000  in nonrecurring PECO trust fund 
                         for Daytona State College DeLand Law Enforcement and 
Spec App:   17           Emergency Services Training Center Remodel (SF 
                         2398).  Reduces funding by the same amount from the 
                         University of West Florida Critical Infrastructure - 
                         Satellite Utilities Plant Phase II.
