On Page: 096             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the EmpowerYouth Mental Health Center and 
Spec App:  377           Peer Support Program (SF 2483). Reduces the same 
                         amount in nonrecurring general revenue funds from 
                         Florida Health Care Connection (FX).
