On Page: 101             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Westchester Free Standing Emergency 
Spec App:  401           Department (SF 1733). Reduces funding by the same 
                         amount from the City of Hialeah Elder Meals Program 
                         (SF 1743).
