On Page: 331             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for ADE Converting Warehouse to a "Life Skills 
Spec App: 2347A          Training Center/Hurricane Shelter" for Adults with 
                         Autism (SF 2372). Reduces $350,000 in nonrecurring 
                         general revenue funds from San Carlos Institute - 
                         Structural Repairs - Key West (SF 2326).
