On Page: 101             Provides $100,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Medley Elder Meals and Care Services 
Spec App:  401           (SF 1729). Reduces funding by the same amount from 
                         Jackson Memorial Hospital ED Modernization and 
                         Diversion (SF 1869).
