On Page: 289             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Florida Keys Marine Protection Boca Chica 
Spec App: 1965A          Mooring Field Shoreside Facility (SF 3705) and 
                         reduces the Department of Management Services 
                         Capital Depreciation appropriation category by the 
                         same amount.
