On Page: 060             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Bridging the Digital Divide for Older 
Spec App:  196           Adults in Florida: Technology Literacy Training from 
                         OATS (SF 2777). Reduces the same amount in 
                         nonrecurring general revenue funds from Florida 
                         Health Care Connection (FX).
