On Page: 300             Reduces $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds from CR-579 Little Manatee River-South Fork 
Spec App: 2069A          Bridge Project - Hillsborough County (SF 1502) and 
                         provides the same amount to the City of Tampa 
                         MacDill Air Force Base Access Improvements (SF 
                         2145).
