On Page: 300             Reduces $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds from County Road 108 Extension - Nassau County 
Spec App: 2069A          (SF 1902) and provides the same amount to the City 
                         of Jacksonville Ft George Road - Prevention of Tidal 
                         Flooding (SF 3264).
