On Page: 111             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Golisano Children's Hospital National 
Spec App:  466A          Center of Pediatric Special Needs (SF 2354). Reduces 
                         funding by the same amount from the Lee Health 
                         Graduate Medical Education Center (SF 3606).
