On Page: 300             Reduces $100,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds from Local Transportation Projects and 
Spec App: 2069A          $250,000 in nonrecurring general revenue funds from 
                         YMCA of Fort Myers Facility Hardening & Improvements 
                         Project (SF 2363) and provides the same amount to 
                         Oasis Multi-Sports Community Complex (SF 3354).
