    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 30 - 31
    4  and insert:
    5  section does not apply to an airport or seaport. For purposes of
    6  this section, the term “seaport” means those listed in s.
    7  311.09(1), and the term “airport” includes an airport, airport

   10  And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete line 9
   12  and insert:
   13         defining the terms “seaport” and “airport”; providing
