       Senator Torres moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (736582) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 83 and 84
    5  insert:
    6         Section 2. Section 450.166, Florida Statutes, is created to
    7  read:
    8         450.166 Complaints, investigations, and penalties.—The
    9  department shall adopt rules for employers who employ minors,
   10  which must include:
   11         (1) Procedures for reporting complaints relating to
   12  violations under s. 450.081;
   13         (2) Procedures for investigating complaints relating to
   14  violations under s. 450.081; and
   15         (3) Penalties for violations under s. 450.081.
