Explanation:
Appropriates the unexpended balance of funds provided for unauthorized 
alien response activities to the Hurricane Loss Mitigation Program within 
the Division of Emergency Management for FY 2024-25.

        In Section     On Page 449

DELETE:

SECTION 161. The   unexpended  balance  of  funds  appropriated  to  the
Executive  Office  of the Governor, Division of Emergency Management, to
respond  to  unauthorized  alien  activities in chapter 2023-40, Laws of
Florida,  shall  revert  and  is appropriated to the division for Fiscal
Year 2024-2025 for the same purpose.

and insert in lieu thereof:

SECTION 161. The   unexpended  balance  of  funds  appropriated  to  the
