       Senator Bradley moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete everything after the enacting clause
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 1. Subsections (1) and (20) of section 26.031,
    6  Florida Statutes, are amended to read:
    7         26.031 Judicial circuits; number of judges.—The number of
    8  circuit judges in each circuit shall be as follows:
    9  
   10  JUDICIAL CIRCUIT                                           TOTAL
   11         (1) First...........................................26 25
   12         (20) Twentieth......................................32 31
   13         Section 2. Subsections (28), (48), and (57) of section
   14  34.022, Florida Statutes, are amended to read:
   15         34.022 Number of county court judges for each county.—The
   16  number of county court judges in each county shall be as
   17  follows:

   23         Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2024.

   30         An act relating to judges; amending s. 26.031, F.S.;

   32         judicial circuits; amending s. 34.022, F.S.; revising
   33         the number of county court judges in certain counties;
   34         providing an effective date.
