       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Burgess) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 30 - 32
    4  and insert:
    5  training and technical assistance. The Florida African American
    6  Heritage Preservation Network shall submit a list of member
    7  museums to the department, and the department shall
    8  independently verify that such museums are members of the
    9  Florida African American Heritage Preservation Network. The
   10  department and the
