       The Committee on Transportation (Harrell) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 21 - 27
    4  and insert:
    5         (b) The annual use fees from the sale of the plate must be
    6  distributed to the Aerospace Center for Excellence located in
    7  Lakeland to fund scholarships for students in this state who are
    8  pursuing careers in the field of aviation. The Aerospace Center
    9  for Excellence may use up to 10 percent of such fees for
   10  administrative costs and marketing of the plate. The balance of
   11  the fees shall be used by the Aerospace Center for Excellence
   12  for the organization’s operations, activities, programs, or
   13  projects.
