       The Committee on Rules (Perry) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 90 - 92
    4  and insert:
    5  additions to the accommodations or facilities of such timeshare
    6  plan, and deletions to the facilities of such timeshare plan,
    7  condominium or timeshare cooperative without the approval of the
    8  members of the owners’ association, provided that the deletion
    9  to any facility is approved by a two-thirds vote of the board of
   10  administration and the deletion is consistent with the fiduciary
   11  duties set forth in subsection (2).

   14  And the title is amended as follows:
   15         Delete line 12
   16  and insert:
   17         association, under certain circumstances; providing
   18         that the managing entity of any
