       The Committee on Rules (Ingoglia) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 60 - 61
    4  and insert:
    5  that has 75,000 residents or more and any governing body of a
    6  municipality that has 25 acres or more of contiguous land that
    7  the local government has designated in the local government’s
    8  comprehensive plan and future land use map as land that is
    9  agricultural or to be developed for residential purposes shall
