       The Committee on Education Pre-K -12 (Grall) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)

    3         Between lines 605 and 606
    4  insert:
    5         (a) Minimum standards must shall include requirements for
    6  sanitary and safety conditions, first aid treatment, emergency
    7  procedures, and pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The
    8  minimum standards must shall require that at least one staff
    9  person trained in person in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, as
   10  evidenced by current documentation of course completion, must be
   11  present at all times that children are present.
