The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Boyd) recommended the following:
1 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

3 Delete lines 42 - 44
4 and insert:
5 (10) That portion of S.W. 168th Street between U.S. 1 and
6 S.W. 89th Avenue in Miami-Dade County is designated as “Pastor
7 Rick Blackwood Street.”
8 (11) That portion of S.R. 16 between C.R. 225 and Rifle
9 Range Road in Clay County is designated as “Gus Kopelousos
10 Memorial Highway.”
11 (12) That portion of S.R. 997/Krome Avenue/W. 177th Avenue
12 between S.W. 8th Street and the entrance to the Miccosukee
13 Casino & Resort in Miami-Dade County is designated as “MICCO
14 Way.”
15 (13) That portion of S.R. 59 between U.S. 90 and U.S. 27 in
16 Leon and Jefferson Counties is designated as “Major John Leroy
17 Haynes Memorial Highway.”
18 (14) That portion of I-10 between the Alabama state line
19 and I-75 is designated as “Tuskegee Airmen Memorial Highway.”
20 (15) That portion of S.R. 570/Polk Parkway between mile
21 marker 3.5 and mile marker 2.5 in Polk County is designated as
22 “Randy Roberts Memorial Highway.”
23 (16) That portion of S.R. 35/George Jenkins Boulevard
24 between Kathleen Road and North Sloan Avenue in Polk County is
25 designated as “Carol Jenkins Barnett Memorial Highway.”
26 (17) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
27 suitable markers designating the transportation facilities as
28 described in this section.
29 Section 2. Sections 1 and 2 of chapter 65-781, Laws of
30 Florida, are amended to read:
31 Section 1. Upon completion of construction, the new S.R.
32 A1A North Causeway Bridge over the Intracoastal Waterway The
33 north bridge in St. Lucie county across Indian River on highway
34 A-1-A is designated as the “E.C. Summerlin Family hereby
35 dedicated and named the “D. H. ‘Banty’ Saunders Bridge.”
36 Section 2. The state road Department of Transportation is
37 directed to erect suitable markers designating the E.C.
38 Summerlin Family Bridge as described in section 1. authorized
39 and empowered to affix proper plaques to said bridge bearing the
40 name “D. H. ‘Banty’ Saunders Bridge.”
